Johnield Construction & Development Corp. was established last August 15, 2000 as a single-proprietor business firm owned by Jonathan L. Diaz with its office at New Cubao Central Market (beside ICCT College) V.V. Soliven Compound, Cainta Rizal.
        
The start of its real operation was last February 2001 and the management decided to conduct its operation at 123 Moscow St., Pasig Green Park Village Manggahan, Pasig City. Mrs. Cherry Grace V. Diaz, wife of the owner, helped in managing the company up to the present.

With God’s divine provision, this business organization was blessed with many loyal and satisfied clients from different religious organizations and some from the business sector and private individuals. Johnields Construction and Development Corp. was incorporated last January 26, 2005 and is now situated in a better office at 316 AD Center Square Building A. Rodriguez Ave. cor. Evangelista St., Santolan Pasig City.

The company has a well-trained and skilled and skilled-workers who experience working for several established local and foreign companies. Since our first year of operation, we have the privilege of working for several prestigious companies by supplying them with a recommendable quality of workmanship at the most reasonable price.

Johnield Construction & Development Corp., specializes in the design and construction of modern, residential, commercial, institutional, industrial buildings and horizontal structures. The design group assigned for the structural and architectural designs is highly skilled: thus, able to satisfy the clients’ needs, form the complex structures to design requirements.

The company also has a very-competent and experienced personnel for the fabrication and installation of all kinds of steel products and structures. Contributed by the company’s experience in implementing its past projects is its present capability of accepting projects involving complex custom-designed steel products as per requirement.
